Chicks n’ Chains Ladies Rides
The Onatah Chicks n’ Chains Ladies Rides are a non-instructional group ride designed specifically for women. This is a casual riding environment and is the perfect place to meet ladies in the community who ride, learn new trails and maybe pick up a few skills along the way. Rides will vary from easy blue (some green) up to some more technical black trails. Each ride will showcase various trails around Squamish. The sole purpose is FUN.
This year we have teamed up with Gravity Girlz and will meet for apres after each Thurday Ride.
Rides will be posted ahead of time along with ability level. Please join the Chicks N’ Chains page for complete rider details provided prior to each race.
2013 Ride Schedule: All rides leave promptly at 6:30pm from designated locations
- May 23th – LEAVING ONATAH PARKING LOT 6pm – Or meet corner of Hwy 99 and Depot Rd 6:20pm – Dump Trails, White Rabbit, Wonderland
- May 6th – Rob’s & Cliff’s Corners and Rollercoaster
- June 20th – Full Nelson and Psuda Psuga – Meet at dirt parking lot at bottom of Psuda Psuga – Just up past university
- June 4th – Farside and beyond – Meet at corner of Westway and Parkview
- July 18th – Full Nelson and Psuda Psuga – Meet at dirt parking lot at bottom of Psuda Psuga – Just up past university
- August 1st – Somewhere Over There – Meet at corner of university Blvd and Mamquam Road!
- August 15th – Pseudotsuga to Your Mom
– Meet at bottom of Pseudotsuga in dirt parking lot - August 29th – Cheshire Cat/Kitten – White Rabbit – We will be shuttling to Cheshire Cat so meet at little parking lot near end of White Rabbit. Shuttle up and then we will drive up to get cars afterward.

Chicks N’ Chains was starting initially started by Onatah Coffee in Squamish as a recreational means for women to meet other women and to ride in a non-competitive environment.
