Please mark your calendars for our upcoming AGM on Wednesday, December 2nd. The event will take place from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Squamish Valley Golf Club (2458 Mamquam Rd). This is an opportunity to connect with fellow members, hear highlights and challenges from various directors and staff related to the last 12 months, and vote for your incoming board of directors.
Board Nominations: With SORCA's staggered two-year terms, roughly 50% of our board seats are open for election this year. A full breakdown of open director seats is available in the "Call For Nominations" document. If you would like to get involved as a director, please complete and return the nomination form by November 22nd, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Voting by Proxy: If you are unable to attend the evening in person, proxy voting forms (max 3 per attending member) will be available to submit once candidate nominations are finalized and shared with the membership.
