AGM Notice - Join our volunteer board!

Attention SORCA members, here is your 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting. We hope to see you there on November 27th at the Squamish Valley Golf Course!

As SORCA has a staggered, 2-year term for its elected Board of Directors, roughly 50% of the seats are available for election each year. You will see in the notice above which seats are available this year and there is more info here on each respective role and becoming part of the SORCA Board of Executives here. If interested in any of these seats, you will also find attached a call for nomination form to be completed by Nov 17th.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Ian Lowe (Ian.lowe@sorca.ca).

Also, if you'd like to vote but are unable to attend the AGM in person, please make sure that you fill out and submit this proxy voting form once the nominees have been confirmed and published.
