Pseudo tsuga - request for expression of interest - attn. contractors

The Squamish trail network is a cornerstone of the mountain biking community, and the Pseudo-Tsuga trail, located in the Diamond Head Zone, stands out as a critical artery. This approximately 6.6 km trail is an intermediate difficulty machine-built downhill flow trail. Pseudo-Tsuga isn't just an iconic, globally ranked intermediate-rated descent; it's a versatile and essential component of the network, serving multiple use cases. For many, it's a destination trail, offering a fun and consistent flow experience that riders actively seek out. For others, it's a crucial connector, allowing efficient travel from higher up in Diamond Head to the parking lot or linking to other trails. In 2024, Sorca secured a grant to enhance the trail and per SORCA's contractor selection policy, is inviting trail building professionals to submit a proposal. Below is the link to the Request For Expressions of Interest, including project scope and the deadline for submission.
