Closed Trail
Posted on: Dec 11 2009
The dead end loop trail is marked as closed with numerous ribbons across the trail and lots of signage. Apparently yesterday a mountain biker was seen carrying his bike over a “slack line” that ties back the cable yarder. If the yarding crew was to have tightened that line at that time to move some wood the mountain biker would very likely have been killed. I realize that this could be anyone from anywhere but it’s important the we get the message out again that dead end loop is closed. PLEASE RESPECT ALL TRAIL CLOSED SIGN FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF THE WORKERS
